Enabling Time Off Center PTO\Vacation Requests

Time Off Center is a Vacation\PTO request and approval feature for TimeTrakGO. Employees can submit time-off requests which can be approved or denied by supervisors and admins. Approved requests will automatically appear on the employee time cards days, weeks, or even months in advance. 
 

Time Off-Center PTO/Vacation Requests are included in our TimeTrakGO Plus plan. 

Activating the PTO center is simple, head over to the feature manager and choose activate for the Time Off Center PTO\Vacation Requests.  



If you have not upgraded to our TimeTrakGO Plus plan and are interested in having this feature, you would simply click on "Upgrade Plan" 



Once activated, setup is SIMPLE, just click on the settings button and enable where PTO requests can be submitted from. Available options are Web\PC login or from the Time Clock Kiosk. 



Finally, you can enable which pay codes are available for request.
